1. Product features:
The FU type chain conveyor can be widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and chemical engineering to horizontally or obliquely (less than 15 degrees) transport powdered or fine-grained materials.
2. Construction and working principle:
The machine is mainly composed of a head wheel, a tail wheel, a conveyor chain, a casing, and a driving device. Symmetrical L-shaped round steel is welded at regular intervals on the conveyor chain to carry animal materials. When the chain conveyor is working, the chain at the lower part of the conveyor moves forward, increasing the internal pressure of the material in the conveyor and the internal friction between the material particles. When the internal friction of the material is greater than the external friction between the material and the conveyor wall, the material moves forward continuously with the conveyor chain as a whole.
3. Characteristics:
1. High conveying efficiency: The material flows as a whole in the groove of the chain conveyor, so the smaller groove space can transport a large amount of material, and the external dimensions of the equipment are correspondingly smaller.
2. Low energy consumption: The machine uses internal friction of materials for conveying, and the conveyor chain and the casing move frictionlessly. Under the same conveying capacity and longer conveying distance, the power consumption of this machine is about 40% lower than that of a screw conveyor.
3. Low failure rate: The rollers on the conveyor chain roll on the guide rail, and there is no friction between the conveyor chain and the casing. The chain is made of alloy steel through heat treatment processing, with a normal service life of about 3 years and a low failure rate during operation. Except for the head and tail bearings, the conveyor has no lubrication points.

The same conveying capacity can be selected for different models in the table. If a larger model is chosen, the chain speed is lower and the wear is less, but the equipment investment is higher.
